Cogby Workspace + Cogby Vault

Cogby is one place to work with AI and keep the context.

Chat with Cogby, open files, manage your tasks and calendar, and schedule recurring work from the Workspace. The Vault gives every AI session the project files, previous decisions, and instructions it needs.

See the workspace Works with the Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot subscriptions you already pay for. Cogby orchestrates them; you keep the accounts.

Cogby
Why is utilization down?
Acme and Northwind each slipped a week. The delivery notes and last week's report agree.

Your subscriptions · not another one

One command center for the AI you already pay for.

Bring your own accounts. Cogby opens sessions in the tools you already have, runs them from one place, and keeps what each session learned in the Vault. Cogby is the orchestration layer — you keep the subscriptions.

Start a session in any tool
Assign a task and pick the tool. Cogby launches it with the right Vault files already in context.
Run several at once
Sessions run side by side in different tools. Cogby tracks which is running, which needs review.
Every result comes home
Whatever a session decides or produces is written back to the Vault, so the next tool starts informed.
Cogby Workspace

The interface where you run the work.

The Workspace is Cogby's command center: one window for your inbox of decisions, your calendar and meetings, your tasks and the AI's tasks, the routines that repeat, and the skills your agents reuse. You chat with Cogby, open files, and start sessions from here — nothing lives in a separate tab, and nothing has to be re-explained. Five parts do the work.

Needs You shows the work waiting for your decision.

A weekly routine checks a report and finds utilization at 61%, below the 70% threshold you set. Cogby adds one item to Needs You with the number, the source report, and the reason it was flagged. If the result is normal, it adds nothing.

Cogby Vault · portable memory

Portable memory that every coding agent reads the same way.

The Vault is a normal folder of plain text files on your computer — projects, responsibilities, decisions, progress, results, and the instructions agents follow: what to read first, what may be changed, where the output goes. Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, and Copilot all understand it identically, because it is just files. Switch tools or run several at once without re-explaining anything. The memory is yours, on your disk, and it travels.

Two Vault cogs

The files keep the memory between sessions.

Each AI session reads only the files needed for its task. Before it closes, it updates progress, records new decisions, and saves its result in the correct folder. The next session reads those changes, so you do not explain the project from the beginning.

One real task: you create it, assign it to an AI session, the session reads the Vault and works, and the result comes back for your decision.
